A&G TechMinds LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we"), operates aandgtechminds.com. Your privacy is your right. We collect very little, so this policy is short. It covers this website; our programs and services have their own Privacy Notice, which we give to participants.
1 What We Collect
Only what you send us:
1.1 Contact form: name, email, company, role, type of inquiry, your message, and optionally your phone number.
1.2 Careers form: name, email, area of interest, and resume, and optionally your phone number, LinkedIn profile, and message. Candidate information sent by a recruitment agency is handled the same way.
1.3 Whether you opted in to occasional updates.
1.4 Please do not include sensitive information, such as health details, in your message or resume.
2 Cookies and Tracking
We use only functional cookies needed for the site to work. No tracking, no analytics, no advertising, no profiling. Our website host keeps basic technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security only.
3 Why We Use It
To reply to your inquiry, evaluate your application, send updates if you opted in, and meet legal obligations. We never sell your data or share it for marketing. If you are in Europe or the UK, we rely on your consent, our legitimate interest in replying to you, and our legal obligations. Applications are always reviewed by a person; we make no automated decisions about you.
4 Where It Is Kept
In our database and our company email, both hosted in the EU.
5 How Long We Keep It
5.1 Contact messages: deleted within 2 weeks after we finish handling your inquiry.
5.2 Job applications and resumes: 12 months from receipt, so we can consider you for future positions.
5.3 If you opted in to updates: your name and email, until you unsubscribe.
5.4 Longer only when the law requires it.
6 Your Rights
You can ask us to show, correct, or delete your data, withdraw your consent, or object to how we use it, at any time. We reply within the time the law requires. If you are in Europe, the UK, or Switzerland, you can also complain to your data-protection authority. California and Texas residents have the right to know what we collect and to have it deleted; we do not sell or share personal information. Texas residents may appeal a refusal by replying “Privacy appeal.”
7 Security
Your data is kept in a restricted database that only authorized A&G TechMinds staff can access. We investigate any security incident and notify affected people and authorities when the law requires.
8 Children
The site is intended for adults in a professional context. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We post any changes here and update the date above.
