A&G TechMinds has released Plutarco to production. Plutarco is the platform that hosts A&G TechMinds' leadership programs, including WHM™ and MESH™. It brings everything that happens around a program into one place: applications, cohorts, sessions, communication and the alumni network. Starting today, mentor and mentee applications are submitted directly on Plutarco.

What Plutarco does

Most leadership programs follow the same arc: an inspiring kickoff, a few good sessions, a certificate, and then silence. The connections fade, the momentum is lost, and the sponsoring company is left wondering what it got for its investment. Plutarco was built to change that ending.

Plutarco is not a program. It is the platform the programs run on. WHM™ and MESH™ each keep their own curriculum, cohorts and community, and they share one infrastructure for delivery. On Plutarco, participants:

  • Apply to a program cohort once their company has nominated them
  • Connect in small Circles led by senior industry leaders, alongside mentors from other companies
  • Grow through sessions, workshops, 1:1s and milestones tracked in one place
  • Chat with their Circle, their mentors and their cohort without leaving the platform
  • Keep every session and deadline in one calendar, in their own time zone
  • Stay connected after the program ends, through an alumni community with events, a directory and chat

For sponsoring companies, Plutarco means no administrative burden and real visibility: every session, 1:1 and milestone is tracked, so they see how their people are advancing, not just whether they attended. Alumni surveys follow careers year after year to build evidence of long-term impact.

How applications work

Participation in A&G TechMinds programs is by sponsorship. Individuals do not apply on their own.

  1. Our clients identify the candidates they sponsor to join a program, as mentors or mentees.
  2. Each candidate receives an invitation to apply on Plutarco.
  3. Candidates complete their application on the platform through the invitation link.

For MESH™, seat reservations for the pilot cohort are open until November 15, 2026.

An enterprise edition of Plutarco is in development for in-house programs (WHM-e and MESH-e), with confidential company spaces.
