A&G TechMinds is launching the MESH™ Pilot Cohort, a cross-company leadership development program for semiconductor and deep-tech leaders in Europe. imec is our institutional partner and ecosystem builder, and imec has announced the pilot on LinkedIn.
MESH™ is built on WHM™, our program with four years of proven success in the U.S., now in its fifth year. It develops mid-career leaders through cross-company learning, interaction with senior leaders, practical discussions, and measurable growth.
Program format
Participants work in small groups of 5–6 mentees, each led by a senior leader. The program includes monthly FireChats, one-to-one sessions with senior leaders, access to all MESH senior leaders, leadership workshops, and two full-day in-person events.
Pilot timeline
- Enrollment: October – November 2026
- In-person kickoff at imec, Leuven: January 20, 2027
- Monthly FireChats: January – June 2027
- In-person graduation: June 28, 2027
How companies join
Participation is through companies, and your company joins in two steps:
- Reserve seats for your company.
- Appoint your participants:
- Mentors: senior leaders with 15+ years of experience.
- Mentees: mid-career professionals with 7–15 years of experience.
